  • SEO Audit & Implementation Package

    We’ll audit your website's SEO and implement key updates using Squarespace’s SEO tools. This package specifically includes the following: Google and Bing sitemap submission, Google site verification, basic SEO site improvements, image updates, prioritized by image value, social signals, site feature audit, and a checklist of all work completed.

  • The Consult

    A strategic consultancy provided to new marketing clients. Includes discovery questionnaire, marketing audit, marketing strategy document, 2 strategy calls, and a $200 credit towards marketing services.

  • The Canva

    Includes Canva Pro setup, 10 branded Canva templates, and a pre-recorded Canva Pro training.

  • The Blogger

    1 high-value keyword-rich blog. Includes research, copy, feature image, SEO optimization, scheduling, and promotion on applicable platforms.

  • The Google Business

    Setup of Google My Business profile. Includes imagery, setting optimization, and copyediting.

  • The Ad Manager

    Meta, LinkedIn, and/or Google Ad management. Includes market research, strategy development, graphic design, copy, keywords, campaign setup, weekly review and refinement, and monthly report.


Social FAQ


  • Our retainer packages are more all-encompassing. We dedicate an entire month to overhauling your profiles, doing market research, and developing a unique marketing strategy for your brand. We then dive into implementation, creating content calendars, writing (or editing) copy, curating and designing imagery, scheduling posts with strategic words, and adjusting our work based on key analytics. We’ll provide you with a monthly report that outlines growth, top performing content, and action items.

    A la carte items can be provided on a one-time or recurring basis but are less about the overall management of your brand presence and more about providing a specific strategic service. However a la carte items can be incorporated into a fully custom retainer at your request so if you don’t see a retainer package that works for you, please reach out to schedule a discovery call.

  • Our social management services require time for us to optimize your profiles, research and develop your unique marketing strategy, and have time to test and refine our content to ensure that we are meeting our mutually agreed upon goals. We are happy to switch to a month to month agreement after that initial period has passed.

  • We will ask you to fill out some client homework including a business questionnaire. We will also need you to provide access to your profiles so that we can load them into our management software. With the exception of Google Business profiles, we do not create accounts for clients. We will also request your brand files and guidelines if we don’t already have them on file, and we may request regular content submissions but will review this in more detail during your discovery call with our Client Success Manager, Nicole.

  • At this time our expertise is focused on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We also offer limited support for Pinterest and TikTok.

  • We can assist with comment replies for up to 15 minutes daily, Monday to Friday. We will also flag any high-value comments and messages for your review, and will hide any concerning comments that may arise.

  • We will set up basic messaging automation on Facebook to help answer common inquiries such as hours of operation, location, preferred contact methods, and so on. This is a great way to cut down on how many messages need your personal reply.
